I’m a mom that works full-time, loves to exercise and spend time outdoors. I use this blog as therapy and hopefully someone will be helped by what I have learned through life experiences. I like to run as a hobby with hopes of running a marathon eventually. I’m proud of who I am for the first time in a long time, so although those experiences weren’t always fun, I’m glad they happened…….those things have made me who I am now. I’m blessed for having my friends and family along the way. I look forward to making new friends and having new adventures. Thank you for stopping by.
